Innovate Rehab provides mobile, in-person Physiotherapy to Greater Sydney, including Western Sydney, Nepean, Hills District, South Western Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and the Blue Mountains. Mobile physiotherapy services are ideal for people with difficulty leaving their homes due to mobility, transport, or fragility issues.

Physiotherapy utilises various treatments, including exercise, massage, joint mobilisation, taping and education to improve capacity and alleviate pain. Innovate Rehab provides evidence-based healthcare care from the comfort of a person's home. Additionally, the team can meet someone at their local gymnasium or hydrotherapy centre to help them achieve their goals.
